Job Purpose

Drive the 4G/Data business growth for the company. Drive business with circles and build robust GTM to impact business

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

• Drive 4G UU and work with product and devices team to influence top of the funnel
• By understanding the pain points of customer journeys for mobile broadband and VoLTE services and smoothen them out by coordinating with various stakeholders
• Using analytics to predict the geographies where telecom industry would grow faster to rest and ensure the organization is well placed to major share of the growth
• Understand various communication medium and use right communication for right customers at right time to deliver maximum results
• Drive KPI’s like SIM penetration, Volte Adoption
• Work with IT to deploy new initiatives which makes data users life easy on VI network
• Plan and execute customer engagement program to increase engagement of 4G users on VIL network
• Coordinate with network planning team to align the technological investments are in line with business needs for VOLTE
• To prepare the annual operating plan for mobile broadband vertical
• Track the achievement against the AOP and highlight if any course correction or intervention required

• Proven ability to manage and work with cross-functional teams in a matrix

environment

• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to formulate and articulate contractual, technical, financial and value points among internal teams & partners
• Understanding of telecom networks and related technologies

Must have technical / professional qualifications

MBA and/or Engineering background will have added advantage however not necessary
