Job Purpose

This role is Digital Delivery lead is to execute digital initiatives for all corporate functions (HR, Commercial, Finance and Legal).

 The Digital Delivery lead is responsible for delivery of corporate functions’ customer digital journeys and features across various platforms and products

This role is responsible for the end-to-end ownership of digital deliveries by working with cross functional team of design, tech, analytics, UAT and other digital SMEs.


Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

Key accountabilities is to ensure delivery efficiency i.e. speed with accuracy for various build activities

  •  Delivery lead is a strong bridge between business and digital delivery org (which consists of designer, devs, analytics, UAT teams)
  • Role is drive cross functional teams, responsible for ensuring that the delivery team delivers value to the business according to their vision
  • The role will visualize, plan and execute Vi Business products features as defined by functional leads with error free timely deliveries in order to meet our digital adoption targets
  • Delivery lead is a key stakeholder to make enterprise  platform on which various business initiatives will anchor
  • In the daily routine the delivery lead will work with functional Product managers/ product owners to define product vision, features and customer journeys on one hand and  teams of engineers, designers, analytics experts and user experience and visual designers , to build & delivery these features
  • In depth understanding of agile based delivery methodologies with continuous improvement mindset.
  • The role has the responsibility of working with relevant cross functional teams in Digital Delivery, IT, Sales , Marketing product managers as well as external support agencies for end to end delivery of initiatives


Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

  • Customer experience design of digital products and services
  • Digital / software product management in large scale environments.
  • Develop and define user stories / items and acceptance criteria from the feature and capability roadmap
  • Rank and prioritize items and add them to the team backlog for sprint development, conveying a clear vision of what is required to be built
  • Approve the final release plan and accept all deliverables against defined user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Closely Work with Digital IT, and other digital experts and external agencies to deliver on all initiatives on our digital assets with ownership of end to end delivery 
  • KPIs: Delivery efficiencies , Scope and Time management of deliveries, Resilience of Digital Products  

Must have technical / professional qualifications

  • MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience essential in Online/Digital organization
  • Understanding concept of Agile ways of working
