Job Purpose |
The Capability COE Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Learning Management System (LMS) on a national scale, developing insightful dashboards and analytics to drive data-driven decision-making, and delivering learning content for induction programs and manager-level development initiatives. This role will ensure the effective delivery, tracking, and continuous improvement of learning solutions, supporting the organization's capability-building goals. |
