Learning and Capability Analytics and Program Management (JB M2)

Job Purpose

The Capability COE Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Learning Management System (LMS) on a national scale, developing insightful dashboards and analytics to drive data-driven decision-making, and delivering learning content for induction programs and manager-level development initiatives. This role will ensure the effective delivery, tracking, and continuous improvement of learning solutions, supporting the organization's capability-building goals.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

  1. Learning Management System (LMS) Management
    1. Oversee the administration and management of the company’s LMS, ensuring smooth operation and accessibility to all employees
    2. Ensure proper integration of learning programs and content into the LMS
    3. Maintain and update learning paths, courses, and modules regularly
    4. Troubleshoot and resolve LMS-related issues and serve as the point of contact for internal stakeholders
    5. Provide technical support to users and ensure a seamless learning experience across the organization
  2. Dashboards and Learning Analytics
    1. Develop and maintain real-time, interactive dashboards to provide visibility on key learning metrics
    2. Track and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and generate insights on learner progress
    3. Create regular reports for senior leadership and HR teams, highlighting trends, areas for improvement, and ROI of learning initiatives
  3. Content Development and Delivery (Induction & Manager Programs)
    1. Design, develop, and deliver engaging and relevant learning content for induction programs and manager-level development initiatives
    2. Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to curate,     develop, and update content as required.
    3. Ensure that content is aligned with the organization’s business goals, culture, and capability-building strategies
    4. Leverage multimedia formats and instructional design best practices to create impactful and interactive learning experiences
    5. Manage and facilitate induction sessions, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Collaboration with Stakeholders
      1. Partner with TCMs, HRBPs and HR Heads, and Corp Functional Heads to understand learning needs and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
      2. Work with external vendors and content providers to source and customize relevant learning materials.
        1. Act as a key liaison between the Corporate Talent team and Cluster HR teams to ensure consistent implementation of  learning strategies across locations.

  1. Stay updated with the latest trends in learning technology, digital   learning solutions, and best practices in corporate training.
  2. Identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness and       efficiency of learning delivery.
  3. Conduct periodic assessments and gather feedback from      participants to continuously refine learning programs.

Must have technical / professional qualifications

  • PGDM/MBA in HR
  • 5-7 years of experience in Learning & Development and HR.
  • Proven experience in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) at a national or regional level
  • Strong background in learning analytics and data interpretation.
  • Experience in content development, particularly for induction and managerial programs
  • Familiarity with instructional design principles and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, or similar).
