Job Purpose

Responsible for VBS service delivery and Feasibility at respective circle.

  • Accountable for end to end Customer service delivery as per Target.
  • Responsible for Order to activation of customer life cycle management.
  • Project Planning, Implementation, Schedule regular review meetings with customers and internal business to ensure customer deliverables as per agreement.
  • Engagement with cross functional team to enhance Order conversion to delivery and support business to accelerate the revenue realisation.
  • Drive Customer acceptance and Commissioning of service for accelerating revenue.
  • Manage escalation and act as SPOC for all the service delivery related issues.
  • Develop and align Project and Program Management framework with evolving business requirements.

Identify process gaps; re-engineer process to ensure faster and smoother deliveries

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

  • Lead a team that delivers fixed line services as per committed timelines to Enterprise customers both domestic and global.
  • Project Planning, Implementation Schedule regular review meetings with customers.
  • Drive customer acceptance and handing over.
  • Manage escalation and act as SPOC for all the service delivery related issues.
  • Governance of MS partner / Off-net service providers/ circle SD teamsEvolve SLA and KPI driven operations across circles to provide best in class customer experience for Business team on Service ops Domain.

Must have technical / professional qualifications

  • B.E 
  • 10-15 years’ experience in the field of project management, Data Communications, Telecom and networking.
  • Experience of working in a Telecom service delivery / program management function
  • Experience with Data Networking platforms and Enterprise products & services
