Job Purpose

Squad Member/Product BA will be a member of the Digital Acquisition squad and a member of a product development team who analyzes the business domain, documents its processes and systems, outlines business requirements, and matches the business requirement with the software being built.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

• Deliver the product as per the overall goals of the squad
• Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
• Perform quality assurance
• Define reporting and alerting requirements
• Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration
• Help design, document and maintain system processes
• Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team
• Communicate key insights and findings to product team
• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

• Strong knowledge and understanding on digital products, customer journeys, UI/UX and analytics
• Servant leader mind-set
• Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Agile tools (such as Jira)
• Good communication, MIS and MS-excel skills
• Integrity and process oriented individual

Must have technical / professional qualifications

• Graduation
• Post Graduate ( in business domain preferred )
