Job Purpose |
Driving Customer Engagement, Upgrades to digital, and Revenue uplift through the differential capabilities and interventions with Wallet Partners
Driving Digital First in all aspects of product management |
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities |
Operations: Product Catalogue Management across Partners and Channels Timely updations across channels whenever there is a change in product Management of Upselling/Pop-Up Grids/Banners
Evaluation of Capabilities, and BAU management of existing capabilities across Wallets/Vi App/Web/Retailer App
Driving Automation
Evaluation and assessment of various interventions/programs and campaigns run with partners including Performance Campaigns
Driving Digital Upgrades, Renewals and ARPU Upgrades across product categories
