Job Purpose

Driving Customer Engagement, Upgrades to digital, and Revenue uplift through the differential capabilities and interventions with Wallet Partners

 

Driving Digital First in all aspects of product management

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

Operations:

Product Catalogue Management across Partners and Channels

Timely updations across channels whenever there is a change in product

Management of Upselling/Pop-Up Grids/Banners

 

Evaluation of Capabilities, and BAU management of existing capabilities across Wallets/Vi App/Web/Retailer App

 

Driving Automation

 

Evaluation and assessment of various interventions/programs and campaigns run with partners including Performance Campaigns

 

Driving Digital Upgrades, Renewals and ARPU Upgrades across product categories

 

 

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

2-5 Years of Experience in Consumer Marketing

 

Tech Savvy

 

Knowledge About BI Systems

 

Analytics

Must have technical / professional qualifications

B.Tech (Preferable, not mandatory)

 

MBA (Must Have)
