Job Purpose

  • Responsible for development, launch and performance of Enterprise CVM campaigns
  • Lead all aspects of campaign management including planning, forecasting,  campaign GTM, training, channel execution, success reporting and governance across circles and segments

Drive focus on Account Based CVM activities and B2B campaigns

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

  • Identify opportunities for Enterprise CVM by through market analysis, internal data analytics, and use of sales and customer insights.
  • Leverage propositions, capabilities and insights to pilot and upscale Omni channel Enterprise campaigns across enterprise B2B personas.  Liaise with CVM Strategy & Capability team to align campaigns to strategic priorities.
  • Design end to end GTM for CVM campaigns including necessary trainings, execution planning, communication, channel plans, governance and reporting.

Continuous reviews, campaign optimization, governance and feedback into analytics and campaign experience teams. Drive segment and circle level reporting and course correction for campaigns, with focus on personalization and omni channel execution.
