Job Purpose

 

  • Lead a Team that delivers fixed line voice and data services nationally and internationally for Enterprise customers.
  • The role will be responsible for governance, monitoring of the delivery SLA to fulfil the key demands/projects as per the Customer/ business requirements.
  • Ensure Customer escalations are addressed and relationship is managed with customer Sr. Management for delivery of projects on-time, within scope and budget.
  • Governance of MS partner, Offnet service providers and Circle SD teams for fixed line business
  • Responsible for Order to activation of customer life cycle management.
  • Engagement with cross functional team to enhance Order conversion to delivery and support business to accelerate the revenue realization.
  • Drive Customer acceptance and Commissioning of service for accelerating revenue.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

  • Lead a team that delivers fixed line services as per committed timelines for enterprise customers both domestic and global.
  • Engage with Business and circle segments as part of early engagement on RFPs, Bids being part of ORB for circle projects.
  • The role will be responsible for governance, monitoring of the delivery SLA against and to fulfil the key demands/projects as per the business requirements.
  • Project Planning, Implementation Schedule regular review meetings with customers.
  • Governance of MS partner / Off-net service providers/ circle SD teams

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

  • 12 + years of telecom industry knowledge of leading service operations, Project Management, Data Networking platforms and Enterprise products & services.
  • Manage Senior Customer stake holders, Sr. Management and proactive escalation Management.
  • System Process, Tools development as per requirement and Identify process GAP’s, re-engineer process to ensure faster and smoother deliveries.

Must have technical / professional qualifications

  • B.E Electronics and Telecommunications
  • Prior experience of working across telecom verticals and leading/ managing larger teams and B2B Customers experience Management.
  • Manage dynamic, high-growth, high uncertainty environments.
  • Ability to structure and prioritize work steams to meet the Business demands.
  • Commercially astute.
