Job Purpose

Achieve Budget revenue  & sales targets across sales channel (Retail, DSA, CP, Inside sales) with a healthy mix of Vertical Proposition to drive Non- Mobility Market Share

Use cluster ecosystem/tools/resources to build SOHO GTM across enterprise & consumer by enabling sales force( internal & channel) on proposition base sales motion

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

  • Deliver Soho Segment revenue and ensure Partner productivity
  • Achieve acquisition net of churn  as per DB for All Segment through Retail
  • Cross Channel Management - BiR (VS, VMS), SME CP + IT reseller, DSA, Telesales
  • Drive Non Mobility Penetration as % to gross adds specially Cloud products
  • Enable all channels to drive Proposition Sales, executed by Channel partner & their sales team across Channels
  • Streamlining process/Defining processes for smooth verification/activation/collection for SOHO accounts.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

  • 8-10 years of experience in Channel Sales & Distribution in B2B & B2C environment
  • Strong knowledge of Fixed line, IOT, cloud & analytics portfolio
  • Operation excellence & team player
  • Distinctive problem solving, strategic and analytical capabilities

Understand Proposition base sales motion

Must have technical/ professional qualifications

  • Desired : MBA
  • Needed : Channel Sales Management exposure
