Job Purpose

Overall responsibility for activities at a VIL store spanning customer service, store-level sales and revenue targets across all products (postpaid, prepaid.)

  8. Store Manager will be primarily responsible for Profit & Loss of his/her store operations.
  9. Must have experience of handling 5-7 team members, proven track record. Eye of details.
  10. Should have working knowledge of account management of SME/SOHO accounts.
  11. Understand Digital landscape and drive digital penetration.
  12. Drive Customer Service Experience & Excellance.
