Job Purpose

  • Seamless Interlock with retail team, ensuring Capability building of entire team including partners on Behaviors/new products and financial acumen. Establish non mobility motion( esp Cloud, IOT, TFS & cloud telephony) in the existing SOHO base to improve ARPU & churn reduction

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

  • Scale up Cloud as a profitable Business across all touch points including Retail & Ent, Leadership in IOT by engaging Partners
  • Infra as per the Budget guidance, Building Channel leadership through planned channel capability roadmap, circle channel meets. Quarterly Reward/Training  program, career progression for potential talent, Ease of doing Business through Digital transformation/Digital processes introduction i.e. payouts/ WFE
  • Channel Infra as Per Guidance, Partner programs to reward high performers, channel engagement initiatives
  • Enhance coverage in overall GTM by Introducing focused store activities, exploring ways to increase captive footfall at stores, marketing campaigns to build enterprise way of culture at stores, partner alliance program to cover vicinity coverage. Monthly Structured Interlock with Circle and cross functional corp team to drive hygiene

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

  • Preferably 5-6 years of retail experience at supervisor level
  • Understanding of organised retail management & customer relationship management
  • Strong planning & management skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Ability to lead work of a cross functional team

Must have technical / professional qualifications

  • Preferably MBA
