Job Purpose

To manage Govt, Non-HQ, HQ business within the circle for all Product lines except Cloud and Fixed line Data and attain market leadership through revenue growth. To focus, primarily, on increasing the contribution of Mobility to the segment revenue by focusing on Account management, customer engagement, gross adds, sales desks and other sales touch points and improving profitability within circles HQ & NHQ business. Close coordination with SA & Govt team to ensure the incremental sales for TN and Kerala.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

  • Managing & growing the subscriber base (Increased Gross Adds. Increasing number of effective Sales desks and opening new sales touch points and reducing churn.
  • Increase IOIP base
  • Cross Selling/Upselling/ Usage Enhancement of existing base
  • Replicating National Deals, Creating New Deals in concurrence with Primary HQ Account Manager for existing Accounts, And New Self deals for Non Penetrated Products (Self Deals to be limited to Non Penetrated or  <5% Very Low RMS Products at a National level)
  • Support National Account Managers / Govt account Managers in account specific national initiatives and any other support through local engagements
  • Local Level relationship mapping
  • Local Leadership Engagement in large NHQ Accounts


Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

  • 8 years plus of which at least 4 year should in Account Management
  • A proven track record in meeting targets  and customer leadership management
  • Build strong relationship in Non-HQ accounts with the Local Decision Makers and Influencers to fulfil business objectives

Must have technical / professional qualifications
