  • Drive and facilitate best-in-class customer experience across formats, through rigorous system and process compliance and Customer-Centricity as the DNA

  • "1. Postpaid RGA : Achievement against Target, through timely implementation of the infra build up plan and Project Parivartan
  • MNP as % RGA
  • Acquisition churn /T4M retention
  • Base upgrade revenue
  • Enterprise (non-mobility) revenue"
  • No. of profitable Large Format Stores
  • No. of profitable franchisees as per normative profitability grid (basis townclass)
  • Overall COCA/RGA : actual vs budget
  • Adherence to Cluster/Circle Retail Opex budget"
