Job Purpose

Deliver on assigned sales targets, ensure proper availability of VIL’s stock keeping units, effective communication of scheme to trade, training of Feet on street .

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

  • Categorization of retailers to ensure that right customers are acquired through right categories of outlets.  Proper execution and implementation of new and existing products
  • Retailers servicing the markets should be as per the SPS/CSS which is based on covered population of particular town / geography.
  • To ensure proper distribution width and depth in and better trade relationship for larger revenue and customer market share
  • To ensure proper productivity of FOS through proper training and motivation
  • Execution of transparent process which helps in motivating the channel partners and trade.
  • Infrastructure maintenance at distributor point and regular feedback for any non-compliance by channel to ASM.

Must have technical / professional qualifications


MBA with Sales / marketing qualification with at least 7 years of Sales experience.
